'Everybody Knows' to screen in Mexico

Asghar Farhadi's 'Everybody Knows' is set to screen at 2018 Morelia International Film Festival in Mexico.

The film which is produced entirely in Spanish is the director's eighth feature film.

It was the film to open the 71st Cannes Film Festival.

The flick tells the story of a woman named Laura who lives with her husband and children in Buenos Aires, Argentina. In an unexpected turn of events, the family's course of life changes on their trip to Spain.

Javier Bardem and Penelope Cruz who are a couple in real life costar in this Farhadi's production.

Founded in 2003, Morelia International Film Festival mounts a cinematic event annually in the city of Morelia in Mexico. It emerged as a unique meeting point for Mexican cinematographic community and international filmmakers.

The festival which is known as Festival Internacional de Cine de Morelia in Mexican is slated for October 20-28, 2018.
